FOR A LIFE WITH MORE FIZZ

Naturally sparkling is an important term to look out for, it ensures you're buying only the highest quality sparkling wine.

Our wine is made in Lombardy using the traditional Charmat method which means the wine is secondary fermented in tanks, at source, made exactly the same way as Prosecco and how it has been made for centuries. Not all canned sparkling wines are made like this, adding CO2 at the last minute is a popular shortcut!

This genuine process releases millions of tiny bubbles which is what gives it that delicious sparkling mouthfeel, improving the authentically Italian taste.
